HATA AÇIKLAMASIOyun halihazırda açık iken istemciyi başlattıktan 15-30 saniye sonra ekrana gelen "The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to Silkroad Online for more information." hatası, genel olarak internet IP adresinizden kaynaklanmaktadır.
İki çeşit IP adresi var, birisi Statik IP adresi diğer ise Dinamik IP adresi. Eğer Statik IP adresine sahipseniz internet IP adresinizi internet servis sağlayıcısı dışında başka kimse değiştiremez, Dinamik IP adresine sahipseniz internet modeminize restart attığınızda IP adresiniz değişir.

Yol 1 (Dinamik IP adresi): İnternet IP adresiniz değiştiği takdir de bu hata ortadan kalkar ve oyuna giriş yapabilirsiniz, bu hata internet servis sağlayıcınız ile oyun sunucusunun bağlantı kuramamasından kaynaklanıyor & oyun sunucusundan IP adresinizin kara listeye alınmasından kaynaklanabilir.
Yol 2 (Statik IP adresi): Statik IP adresine sahipseniz modemi restartlasanız bile IP adresiniz sabit kalır ve hatayı almaya devam edersiniz, bu durumda yapabileceğiniz şeyler müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişime geçip IP adresi değişim talebi vermeniz & oyun yönetimi ile konuşup IP adresinizin kara listeye alınıp alınmadığını kontrol için talep vermeniz.

ERROR EXPLANATIONThe error message "The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to Silkroad Online for more information." that appears 15–30 seconds after launching the client while the game is already online is generally caused by your internet IP address.
There are 2 IP address; Static and Dynamic. If you have Static IP address it's mean you can't change your IP address, you need to call ISP and give IP address change request. If you have Dynamic IP address you can change IP by restarting internet router.
SOLUTION
Step 1 (Dynamic IP address): If your internet IP address changes, this error will disappear and you will be able to log into the game. This issue is caused by the inability of your internet service provider to connect to the game server, or it may be due to your IP address being blacklisted by the game server.
Step 2 (Static IP address): If you have a static IP address, restarting your modem / internet router will not change your IP, and you will continue to encounter the error. In this case, you can either contact ISP to request an IP address change, or reach out to the game management to ask if your IP address has been blacklisted.
