We have seen countless servers and walked the same roads with hundreds of players. Sometimes we spent hours talking in town and sometimes we witnessed battles that started at the gates of Jangan and lasted until sunrise. For us, Silkroad was never just a game.
It was a different world where we created memories, built friendships and shared unforgettable moments together.
Over the years, many things changed. Servers became faster, systems became more complicated and real players were replaced by fake crowds. But deep inside, there was still a part of us that missed the old days of Silkroad. That is exactly why we decided to create Silkroad80.
Our goal is not simply to open another private server, but to bring back the spirit of the old days.
That is why we are disabling systems such as glow-model switch, colored title names and similar features that damage the originality of the game. Because in our opinion, what made Silkroad special was its simplicity, atmosphere and the stories created by its players.
At the same time, we are carefully integrating modern and high-quality systems that improve the gameplay experience, creating a world that both preserves nostalgia and remains enjoyable for a long time.

Starter items have been carefully prepared to support your early journey without disrupting the overall balance of the game, making your first steps in Silkroad80 smoother, more comfortable and more enjoyable.
Thanks to our Auto Equipment system, developed to make the leveling process smoother and more enjoyable, you will automatically receive your 1–7 Degree equipment as Full Blue +5.
As your character levels up, the system will automatically renew and upgrade your equipment accordingly.
To prevent players from experiencing slot issues during the leveling process, all monster areas have been completely redesigned and a clone map system has been integrated.
In addition, the Roc Mountain region has been entirely rebuilt with Niya Sniper slots, making the high-level grinding experience much smoother and more efficient.
Especially after level 70, the entire mob capacity has been carefully optimized so players do not have to spend their time searching for empty spots. Our infrastructure has been prepared to support approximately 3000 active players.
Our goal is to create competition between players themselves, not force them to waste time dealing with unnecessary slot wars and mob problems.
The entire drop system has been completely redesigned and carefully optimized to preserve the long-term structure of the server.
Since 1–7 Degree equipment is provided through the Auto Equipment system, there is no traditional item drop system for these levels. This allows players to focus directly on progression without dealing with unnecessary item clutter during the early stages of the game.
Starting from 8 Degree, the real Silkroad economy and true item value begin to take place.

The drop system has been carefully balanced to prevent unnecessary item overflow, preserve the value of equipment and maintain a long-term economy.
Note: Seal of Sun drops are currently disabled and will not be available until the third week of the server.
The alchemy system has been carefully balanced to preserve item value and maintain long-term competition throughout the server.
In order to maintain the balance of the in-game gold economy and create a more stable market, all stone types have been added to NPC shops.
In addition, Immortal and Astral items can be purchased with both gold and silk. This allows players to continue progressing through in-game activities without being completely dependent on a silk-focused system.
Due to the smoother and more comfortable EXP rates, the original quest system has been disabled.
Instead, special daily quests have been added to the Quest Manager NPC located in Donwhang in order to encourage daily activity and make the progression experience more enjoyable.
Our goal is not to preserve outdated and time-consuming quest structures, but to provide a smoother and more modern gameplay experience without damaging the old-school atmosphere.

In order to make the trade system more active, competitive and dynamic, the trade route has been limited to Jangan ↔ Donwhang only.
